I was asked if I was interested in creating a class that could be given to professionals such that they earn continuing education credits. I was intrigued by this prospect and immediately said I was interested. My contacts have knowledge in how a class can be certified so that it becomes meaningful to people who take the class. I immediately thought I would create three tracks: Developing leadership skills; leading teams; and motivating in for- and non-profit organizations. I'm not sure what needs to happen to get my classes "certified." I think I'll also contact the school where I teach and see if they have any insights on something like this.
