To become a better man, one needs more than testosterone--one needs principles and values. The journey to become a better man is a lifelong journey of discipline, reflection, wisdom, and love for your fellow man. The journey begins by accepting nature's challenge to create, to lead, to adapt, and to ultimately create order out of chaos. The journey is filled with trials that test men's physical, emotional, and psychological endurance. Such trials often end in failure, but it is men's ability to turn failure into victory while pursuing virtue that leads to what the ancient Greeks called eudaimonia--a life well-lived.

Inspired by philosophers, psychologists, and, most importantly, men who rise every day to do what needs doing, Questing for Masculine Virtue provides reflections on being a better man. When you feel lost or confused by what the world throws your way, you can meditate on these reflections, know you are not alone, and find wisdom and guidance to persevere.
